In the workshop, equipment is much more than a technical choice.
This is not just about shelves, benches or lifts: it is about shaping a working method, about making space a daily ally.
Hence the philosophy of KIRO, which is not limited to providing furniture for motorcycle workshops, but designs ad hoc workstations, built around the habits, flows and real needs of those who live them every day.

Every workshop is unique. And that's where we start.

Two workshops can have the same size, be equipped in the same way, even the same number of technicians. And yet, they can work in a completely different way.
One prefers speed, the other precision. One centralizes, the other divides. One focuses on the mobility of instruments, the other on the stability of workstations.
This is exactly where KIRO starts.
It does not propose catalogue solutions to be adapted, but tailor-made projects built around the customer's working method. It is a revolution in the way of thinking about technical furniture: the product is not the starting point, it is the end point.

Technical furniture: the solid foundation of your work

The furniture by KIRO is completely modular. Every bench, cabinet, drawers unit or panel is designed to be part of a flexible, adaptable and durable system.
For example, workbenches can be completed with:

  • Large wall units to take advantage of the verticality.
  • Worktops resistant to acids, oils, brake fluids and petrol.
  • Diagnostic and PC supports.
  • Tailored shaped tool holder panels.
  • Rolling shutters equipped with perforated panels so as not to leave keys in sight and store them safely at the end of the day.
  • Tool drawer units equipped with a slow closure and ergonomic handles.

    This modularity is not just a matter of aesthetics: it allows you to keep up with real work, eliminate downtime, reduce unnecessary travel and increase order. Find out more about the product range.

KIRO lifts: every vehicle needs a secure base

Lifting a motorcycle is not a secondary gesture. It is the first step towards effective intervention.
For this reason, KIRO lifts are designed to resist over time, withstand important loads and ensure optimal access to the mechanical part.
Available in various configurations, they integrate perfectly into the workshop layout, without requiring invasive interventions. Here too, the logic is always the same:  adapt the product to the way you work. Read our guide on lifting devices!

Oil management: order, cleanliness, compliance with regulations

Among the most delicate activities in the workshop, the management of oil – both new and used – requires attention, method and a suitable structure.

A container and a few fittings are not enough: an integrated system is needed, able to guarantee smooth operation, visual order, environmental safety and compliance with regulations.

KIRO Concept designs and provides complete and modular solutions for each phase of the oil cycle: from barrels and containers integrated into the layout, always accessible but never in the way, to dispensing guns with digital counters that allow precise and traceable dosing. These are accompanied by high-efficiency pumps and professional fittings chosen according to the technical characteristics of the system, as well as recovery tanks – gravity or suction – and safety devices, designed to intervene directly under the vehicle in a clean and controlled way.

Each component is integrated into the overall furnishing project, not inserted in retrospect. This means that the oil system becomes an active part of the work environment, contributing to its functional balance. The result is a place that is always clean and tidy, free of drips or contamination, where every step – from dispensing to disposal – takes place in compliance with environmental regulations and occupational safety. Not only that: a logical arrangement of the picking and unloading points allows you to streamline daily operations, reducing downtime and operational risks.

Exhaust gas extraction: health and safety first

You can't see the air in the workshop, but you can breathe it. This is precisely why it must be handled with utmost attention. Exhaust gases generated by engine tests and maintenance operations are not only a nuisance: they represent a real risk to the health of those who work and to the company's compliance with safety regulations.

KIRO Concept addresses this issue in a structural way, designing integrated systems for gas extraction that not only improve air quality, but also harmonise perfectly with the furniture and functional layout of the workshop.

Depending on the specific needs, KIRO offers scalable and flexible solutions, such as:

Magnetic nozzles to quickly connect to the discharge terminal without complicated or invasive operations;
Aluminium rails perfect for managing multiple workstations with a single tidy system;
High-strength pipes, designed to withstand high temperatures and ensure safety even during prolonged use;
READY to install KITS, ideal for those who want a quick, compact and immediately operational solution, without sacrificing quality and durability.

The goal is not only to improve the healthiness of the environment, but to make it simple and natural to manage an element that is often neglected, integrating it into the daily experience of working in the workshop. A good gas extraction means less residues, less odours, less risks. And above all, it means working better – in a healthier, more professional, more compliant way.

KIRO thus also transforms gas extraction into a design component, not an accessory. Because in a well-organised environment, even what you don't see matters.

A clean and healthy environment not only improves working conditions, but reduces absences, errors and problems in the long term.  Visit the section directly to discover all the products!

Real case: from cluttered space to model workshop

Thanks to a structured reorganisation, this workshop area has been transformed from a messy and chaotic space into a model workstation that is efficient, tidy and perfectly functional.

In the initial phase, the arrangement of tools and materials did not follow any logical criterion: operators spent valuable time searching for tools, spaces were poorly exploited, and there were frequent operational slowdowns and risks related to clutter.

The KIRO team intervened with a tailor-made approach, starting from a detailed analysis of the workflows and daily needs of the operators. Modular technical furnishings have been designed and installed, with integrated workstations, equipped panels, ergonomic drawers and closed compartments for the correct storage of tools.

The end result is a highly optimised workspace, where each element is in its own place:

The 4-step KIRO method

  1. Listening – Analysis of the operating method, type of customers, space and critical issues.
  2. Project – Realistic 3D rendering, workflow proposal, variable configurations.
  3. Creation – Internal production, quality Made in Italy, fast and precise installation.
  4. Support – After-sales support, upgrades, spare parts and future modifications.

The concrete benefits of a custom-designed workshop

Choosing KIRO means:

  • Reduce errors, waste and downtimes
  • Increase the quality of work perceived by the end customer
  • Reduce the psychophysical wear and tear of the operators
  • Optimise every square metre
  • Work safely and cleanly
  • Build a space consistent with your brand identity

Conclusion: KIRO does not sell products. Design workstations.

KIRO's real strength lies in its human, technical and flexible approach.
You will not find pre-packaged solutions. You will find people who listen to you, follow you and transform your way of working into a concrete, orderly and productive space.

Whether you are opening a new workshop or want to redevelop your current one, the question remains the same: How do you work? We start from that.
